Jyotika Patel is the founder of Jyotika Patel Designs, which has its origin in Fashion Point, a store which was opened by Jyotika in 2003 in Dar -Es- Salaam, Tanzania. She then moved to Dallas, Texas opening another branch here.
Having moved out of Dar-es-Salam, Jyotika decided to focus on the increasing demand for her clothes and designs in Dallas and U.S.
Jyotika Patel Designs formally started in late 2015 and has expanded and grown by leaps and bounds since then.
Jyotika takes pride in her line of original, ethnic yet contemporary Indian designs that win your heart when you see them. She has stayed true to the rich Indian tradition of embroidery, fabric, color, especially from the region her forefathers came from -Gujarat.
